Over 60 years – innovative plant breeding in Gleisdorf

As traditional local plant breeding company we are active in the research of high-yield and efficient varieties for our farmers.
On the one hand we preserve and promote the biological diversity, on the other hand we develop varieties and plants of many cultures with better characteristics.
It is still our target to breed varieties which farmers make possible an optimizing use of plants at all stages of production. In the last two years the breeding and research programs have been expanded and extended. The infrastructure of Saatzucht Gleisdorf has been totally modernized in form of new air conditioned rooms, seed processing plants and rooms for plant breeding.
